Whenever a ¨Discover¨ quote is put up on our Facebook page, it gets a whole bunch of Likes and ¨Discover¨ articles and mini-blogs get a lot of real-world feedback from people we know telling us how much they liked them. What is it about this Principle that gets such favorable response? Simple answer: it makes sense.

Despite everything we’ve seen in films or TV, almost no one in the scientific community has ever made a sudden leap. No one has instantly solved some issue or invented something without at first giving it much thought and consideration. How much more so in regular life? We all have moments of epiphany or insight, but most of us would be lying if we said it ¨just suddenly came to us.¨ Despite that popular saying, most of our revelations come from our brain being hard at work in the background, working away at the issue. That’s why we like to define Discover as: ¨…not stumbling across something you never knew before; it is gathering data and growing from there.¨ And maybe that´s why so many other people like it, too.
