Discoverer or Deceiver?
February 12th
When you think of great discoveries, odds are you’re going to think of those famous “discoveries” that were pretty much lucky mistakes. Whether it’s Fleming and his bread mold or Columbus and the West Indies what most of think of as discoveries are those rare instances of fate or serendipity that often change the world. Th fact is that most discovery is the result of long hard work and dedicated minds looking for a solution.
In our lives as well, we would like to think that things will just “work out for the best” or that we’ll come across a great find at just the right time. This is not just so. Anyone who has had success, be it a wonderful invention or a happy marriage, will tell you that only by weighing all the options and considering all the choices will you reach thediscovery of the new and the fruition of your goals.
