It’s very easy for us at Ego Friendly to espouse the idea of Discovery, to tell all our fans that every great discovery was the result of hard work and research not luck (we still haven’t heard back from anyone about our challenge to prove us wrong). Yet it is another thing to actually do the work. Who wants to think so much about what they’re doing, really?
Think about it this way: no one plans on losing weight by sitting on their bum hoping the pounds will just disappear. No, you have to work at it; get on that treadmill, starting eating right, begin counting calories. So to with any change you want to make, it requires effort and time. You only get back what you put in and that’s as true about the decisions you make as much as it is about toning your body or running that triathlon.
