Personal Dreams

Dreams are very personal things. Carl Jung would tell you I am wrong. He believed that when we dream we tap into the “collective unconscious”; a magical place made up of all of mankind’s hopes and fears. But that’s beside the point, because what I’m talking about is the kind of dream you have while you’re awake.
Dreams, here at eGO Friendly, mean your plans and desires- your hopes. And those are what I said are personal. Intensely so. Sure, there have been famous dreamers with famous dreams, and Dr. King ¨Had a dream…¨ but for most of us our goals and plans are something we like to keep close to the chest. Which is fine. The only issue with not laying our all your plans is that sometimes they never end up turning into plans. They become fantasies and pipe-dreams, and that’s no good.
So while there’s no reason to go around telling everyone you know about all your deepest darkest wishes, you should at least share it with someone, just so you have it out there, just so you remember it’s more than “just” a dream.
