To Jog or Not to Jog
May 24thIn a way, the world can be divided into two kinds of people; Joggers and Non-Joggers. Being a Jogger is about a lot more than going for a gentle run, a Jogger is someone who is dedicated, who is devoted. A Jogger is the kind of person who sticks to a plan. You don’t have to don a sweatband and a fannypack to be a Jogger, it’s an attitudinal thing. Joggers know how to motivate themselves, they know how to set goals and how to reach them. A Jogger doesn’t mind the sweat running down into his eyes or the sharp ache in her calves. A jogger is someone who can view the long term, it is not each run that matters but the totality of all the running.
To a Non-Jogger, anything that requires that kind of dedication and effort is not worth it unless the payoff is instantaneous and huge.
The biggest Obstacle in accomplishing anything is, as usual, yourself. So which is it going to be Jogger or Non-Jogger?
